PRICE 

All our prices are indicated in Euros (€). The prices that are applied are the prices figuring on the site www.archiveslalla.com at the time when the order is placed.

SHIPPING, IMPORT TAXES, AND DUTY FEES

The company LALLA FRANCE SAS is based in Biarritz, France, and all orders are shipped directly from its warehouse in Biarritz using express shipping services.

All shipments destined outside of Europe are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. LALLA FRANCE SAS has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with French export regulations, LALLA FRANCE SAS is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse in France and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a 50€ handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can return unused or defective merchandise in the original packaging, for full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs.
